Cancellaton Policy:
If you cancel at least 14 days before any workshop you will be refunded all but a $20 processing fee. Or, you can apply the entire fee toward a future workshop within one year, with no penalty. If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be used for a future workshop within one year.

The ChiRunning program combines the inner focus and flow of Tai Chi with the power and energy of running to create a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain, and potential damage out of the sport of running.

CREATE BALANCE in your body and yourself with ChiWalking. ChiWalking will teach you to move from your center, your core, and not use your legs to walk!!
